Refund Policy - the basics

At Performance U, we take pride in providing high-quality services and a personalized client experience. Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased packages, sessions, or services.

If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failing to attend a scheduled session, will result in that session being forfeited from your package without refund.

We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will review such situations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
